The Locret-Lachaud House is located at Hautvillers on place called « Le Point du Jour » because otherfoid, this house was the first of the village to see the day rise.Under our house, built at the XIX century, are located our old cellars where are made different steps called « remuage/ riddling bottes » , « dégorgement/take off yeasts » , « habillage/ wrapping bottles » The rise of champagne has required the construction of a storage cellar to house most of the production.
